Technology Platform V12.2

In July, STARLIMS released Technology Platform V12.2, significantly modernizing STARLIMS. Featuring an Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) system with HTML5 technology. Test workflows can be executed uninterrupted, maximizing lab efficiency and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Standalone SDMS

STARLIMS also launched a new standalone SDMS (Scientific Data Management System). Once a feature in the STARLIMS integrated solution, this standalone solution assists organizations in complying with the data integrity mandates of the FDA and other regulatory bodies. The product can be integrated with a LIMS or function without one.

STARLIMS LES

The STARLIMS LES (Lab Execution System) solution was introduced with the release of STARLIMS QM12.2. This solution helps ensure lab teams follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and their tasks are controlled and compliant. Its touch-enabled interface functions on smart devices and is totally mobile-enabled.

Smart Labs

Attaining the digital transformation of laboratories has been a foundational objective of STARLIMS. Thus, priority has been given to the development of information automation management and Smart Labs for efficiency and productivity. Remaining current and relevant, STARLIMS supports the inclusion of new tech such as AR (Augmented Reality) and IoT (Internet of Things) to aid the transition to Smart Labs.

Digital Assistant

Digital Assistant enables laboratories to interact via user voice with the STARLIMS HTML5 solution. Through voice commands, technicians can activate applications and KPIs, allowing hands-free workflows at various work stations inside a facility. Its toolkit is capable of automatically translating every configuration into AI (artificial intelligence) and ML (machine learning) models that can be used for the training of Digital Assistant.
